I have not received my Free School Meal Voucher and you please resend it?
As a school we can’t send vouchers. We are only able to process an order and are able to tell you when that voucher becomes live on our administration system. We are discovering that dependent on the rate of Edenred processing the voucher live it can take up to 5 days for the parent to receive the email.
I am unable to redeem my voucher despite trying several times?
The Edenred webpage experiences a high volume of traffic. It is best to follow their guidance as when best to log on looking at the peak intervals graph on the home page.
If you have a weak internet signal or are relying on 4G this can result in you losing your connection and having to restart.

I have redeemed my voucher but I haven't got my e-gift card ?
As a school we can’t help with this situation. The most we can tell you on our system is that your voucher has been accurately redeemed. E- gift cards appear to being sent to parents within a day to 3 days.
Can I use my e-gift card on an online shop?
Unfortunately not as e-gift cards can only be redeemed in the shop.
