School Lunches

ISS Feeding Hungry Minds are our school meal providers. 

  • Register for an account by clicking on this link: Parents.feedinghungryminds.co.uk 
  • All parents will need to register with Feeding Hungy Minds. This allows parents to pre-order lunches for their child, especially useful for parents of younger children. 
  • Key Stage 2 parents will pay for their child's school meals via their Parent Pay account. There needs to be credit on the account before an order can be placed. Children EYFS and KS1 receive free government funded meals.  
  • Parents can use the website to pre-order lunches for their children. However, most children will choose their own meal in their classroom, which will be teacher directed. 
  • Children who have a special diet will confirm their attendance, but not choose their food as it will have been pre-chosen for them, on approval of a special menu. 

 Free School Meals 

Your child may be able to get free school meals if you get any of the following:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
  • Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
  • Universal Credit - if you apply on or after 1 April 2018 your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you get)
